Orders & Availability

All sticks are ordered based on the specifications you select. Because each order is placed specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds unless a clear defect is identified at pickup. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

 

Pickup Process

​

The twigg shop operates by appointment-only pickup. For privacy and security, our pickup location is shared once your order has arrived and payment is confirmed. You will be contacted to schedule a convenient pickup time. Orders must be picked up within the timeframe provided in your pickup message. If you need to adjust your pickup time, please reach out as soon as possible.

Payment

We currently accept e-transfers only. Full payment must be received before your stick is ordered from our supplier. Payment instructions are provided during checkout and again in your confirmation message.

Product Condition

​

We encourage customers to inspect their stick at pickup. If you notice any damage or manufacturer defects, please notify us within 24 hours so we can arrange an exchange. After this window, we cannot guarantee replacement.

The twigg shop is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially connected to Bauer, CCM, or any other hockey equipment manufacturer. We do not make manufacturer claims or provide brand warranties. All product descriptions are based on publicly available information.

By purchasing from the twigg shop, you agree that we are not responsible for product performance expectations, team disputes, or any misuse after pickup. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
