The Twigg Shop
We aim to make ordering and receiving your new twigg as simple and convenient as possible. As a small independent business, we do not carry large inventory; each stick is ordered based on the details you choose. For this reason, all orders are final sale. Once your stick arrives, we’ll reach out to arrange a pickup time.

At this time, we do not offer standard shipping at checkout. However, we understand that some customers may prefer delivery, so shipping within Canada may be available by request. If you would like your order shipped, please contact us for a custom quote. Shipping fees must be paid separately via e-transfer, and once the package is handed to the carrier, transit times or delays are outside of our control. Protective packaging is always used, and additional insurance can be requested at the customer’s expense.

Our preferred method is local pickup, which is arranged once your stick arrives. As soon as we receive your order from our supplier, we will reach out personally by text or email to coordinate a pickup time. Pickup is flexible and arranged by appointment to best accommodate your schedule. We do not advertise or display our pickup address publicly; it is shared directly with you once your order is ready. In some cases, we may also be able to meet at convenient locations such as local arenas within the Durham Region. Most orders can be picked up the same day they arrive, and we will hold your order for up to 7 days if additional time is needed.

We recommend inspecting your stick at pickup to ensure it meets your expectations. If you notice any damage upon arrival, please notify us right away. Exchanges for damaged items are available within 24 hours of pickup, provided the stick is in unused condition and the issue is reported immediately.
